A solution in which the printed menu is mounted directly to the cover. This is done with the aid of concealed screws, which are blocked to prevent accidental unscrewing. These menu cards are an excellent fit for laminated printed menus, in locales where the menu is changed on average twice a season. The concealed screws mean that even single pages can be removed and replaced quickly and without difficulty. Each card features a pocket for a seasonal menu, allowing the chef to easily present new ideas and propositions.
